Staff & AmeriCorps Volunteers

Groundwork is proud to have a team that includes over 30 full-time employees, a dozen full-time AmeriCorps volunteers, and more than 100 part-time staff members and AmeriCorps members, many of whom are from or reside in East New York and Bedford-Stuyvesant. Our staff consists of a unique mix of professionals and pre-professionals with extensive training and experience in, among other areas, education, social work, program evaluation and assessment, crisis intervention and program development.
