Executive Director Derrick E. Griffith is featured on the homepage of the City University of New York website in an article about his transition to Groundwork. The article, entitled Founding Principal Lauded, features a video of his goodbye to CUNY Prep.
Groundwork Associate Executive Director Erica Ahdoot will end a seven year tenure with the organization on Friday, September 3, 2010 to become the new executive director of GO Project.
Erica joined Groundwork in June 2003 and has served in a number of leadership capacities including developing the organization’s Family Resource Center and community services programs, the model for Groundwork for Success, and the six-fold expansion Groundwork for Youth. Most recently, Erica served as Interim Executive Director from October 2009 through July 2010.
