Groundwork for Success is a leadership development program that combines work experience with college preparation support.  The program provides young people ages 15 to 19 with employment and experiences to help them develop the skills they need for achievement in academics and in life, while emphasizing the importance of community service.

Since 2002, Groundwork for Success high school students have worked as tutors to elementary school students at Groundwork for Youth school programs and as sales associates for the Fresh Ground summer produce stand.
