Single Stop - an initiative of the Robin Hood Foundation - offers free, one-on-one confidential benefits, legal and
financial counseling to low-income families across New York City.
Groundwork is one of 40 Single Stop sites.

On Tuesday, November 18 a group of 11 middle school students from the Groundwork for Youth Breukelen campus traveled to Albany in support of after school.
The rally, organized by the One New York: Fighting for Fairness Coalition, featured a number of speakers including Groundwork's own Jessica Paulino, an eighth grade Breukelen student. Students were also able to tour the state capitol building and share their stories and concerns with two state legislators, Assemblymen Daryl Towns and Hakeem Jeffries.
